2. The short version

• This website uses no cookies and no analytics or tracking tools.
• Fonts, images and animations are served from our own server, not from third parties.
• Videos from Vimeo, YouTube and Loom are only loaded when you click them.
• We only receive personal data if you contact us through a form or by email.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by [add hosting provider and address]. When you visit the website, the host automatically processes technical data sent by your browser (IP address, date and time, page requested, referrer, browser and operating system). This is necessary to run the website securely. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a stable and secure website). Log files are deleted after a short period.

4. Application form

When you apply through our form, we process the information you provide there, for example your contact details, your Instagram handle and information about your current earnings. If you arrive through a link in our blog, we also receive which article you came from.

We use this data to review your application and get in touch with you. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a collaboration). Contacting you via WhatsApp is based on the consent you give in the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time by email.

Our application form is provided by Typeform (TYPEFORM SL, Carrer Bac de Roda 163, 08018 Barcelona, Spain) and embedded on our contact page. When you open the contact page, your browser connects to Typeform’s servers; Typeform processes your entries on our behalf under a data processing agreement. More information is available in Typeform’s privacy policy. If no collaboration comes about, we delete your data no later than six months after your application is closed, unless legal retention obligations apply.

5. Referral form (“Refer a Creator”)

Our referral form is also provided by Typeform (see section 4). When you refer a creator, we process the information you enter there, for example your name and contact details, the referred person’s name and social media handle, and your optional note. By submitting, you confirm that the referred person agrees to be contacted by us. We use the data to reach out to the referred person and to attribute a referral reward to you. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR. The data is deleted once it is no longer needed for this purpose.

6. Contact by email or Instagram

If you write to us by email or on Instagram, we process your message and contact details to respond to your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). For processing on Instagram, the privacy policy of Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. also applies.

7. Videos (Vimeo, YouTube and Loom)

We show videos hosted by Vimeo (Vimeo.com, Inc., 330 West 34th Street, New York, NY 10001, USA). No connection to Vimeo is made until you click a video. Only when you press “Play” is the Vimeo player loaded. Vimeo then receives, among other things, your IP address and technical information about your device and may set its own cookies. The legal basis is your consent given by clicking the video (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Vimeo is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. More information: vimeo.com/privacy.

We also show short videos from our founder’s YouTube channel. YouTube is operated by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Here too, nothing is loaded from YouTube until you click a video. We use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). Once you press “Play”, Google receives your IP address and technical information about your device and may set cookies. The legal basis is your consent given by clicking the video (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Google is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. More information: policies.google.com/privacy.

Our case study videos are hosted by Loom, a service of Atlassian. Here too, nothing is loaded from Loom until you click a video. Once you press “Play”, Loom receives your IP address and technical information about your device and may set cookies. The legal basis is your consent given by clicking the video (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). 8. Fonts

All fonts are loaded locally from our own server. No connection is made to Google Fonts or other font providers.

9. Links to other websites

Our website contains links to external sites (for example Instagram and YouTube). Data is only transferred to the respective provider once you click such a link. The provider alone is responsible for its data processing.

10. Transfers to the USA

Our company is based in the USA, so your data is processed in the USA. The transfer is necessary to handle your application or request (Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR). [Legal review: standard contractual clauses and EU representative under Art. 27 GDPR, if required]

11. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). You can withdraw any consent at any time with effect for the future. Just email us at jason@modellaire-mgmt.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the country where you live.
